| Decisão no momento da fala | WILL | I'm hungry. I will make a sandwich. |
| Plano já decidido antes | GOING TO | I am going to travel to Brazil next month. |
💡 Macete: WILL = decisão de última hora. GOING TO = decisão já planejada.
📐 Estrutura
✅ WILL — Afirmativa
| Sujeito | will | Verbo (base) | Complemento |
| I | will | travel | tomorrow. |
| You | will | like | this movie. |
| He / She / It | will | rain | soon. |
| We | will | arrive | at 8pm. |
| They | will | call | you later. |
💡 Contração: I will → I'll · You will → You'll · He will → He'll · She will → She'll · It will → It'll · We will → We'll · They will → They'll
✅ GOING TO — Afirmativa
| Sujeito | am/is/are | going to | Verbo (base) | Complemento |
| I | am | going to | travel | next week. |
| You / We / They | are | going to | visit | my family. |
| He / She / It | is | going to | rain | later. |
💡 Contração: I am → I'm · You are → You're · We are → We're · They are → They're · He is → He's · She is → She's · It is → It's
❌ Negativa
| Forma | WILL | GOING TO |
| Estrutura | will not + verbo | am/is/are not + going to + verbo |
| Contração | won't (= will not) | isn't / aren't + going to |
| Exemplo | I won't go. | I am not going to go. |
| Exemplo | She won't come. | She isn't going to come. |
⚠️ Won't é a contração de will not. Não existe "willn't"! ❌
❓ Interrogativa
| Forma | WILL | GOING TO |
| Estrutura | Will + sujeito + verbo + ? | Am/Is/Are + sujeito + going to + verbo + ? |
| Exemplo | Will you travel? | Are you going to travel? |
| Exemplo | Will she come? | Is she going to come? |
| Resposta curta | Yes, I will. / No, I won't. | Yes, I am. / No, I am not. |

"Eu vou..." (decidi agora) → WILL
Se você conseguir colocar "eu já tinha planejado" antes da frase, use going to. Se foi algo que você decidiu na hora, use will.
